Our Story
Araddi meaning “land” was born in Sudan in 2017 with a bold vision to unlock land value, transform Africa’s real estate market, and foster transparency in land and property systems. What began as Sudan’s first Proptech and data-driven consulting firm has evolved into a specialized real estate urban development advisory firm working across Africa.
In regions where informal settlements are home to millions and access to land rights remains fragmented, Araddi champions the adoption of urban technologies and digitization as tools to preserve land rights, bring transparency to urban systems, and lay the foundation for generational wealth creation.
